How We Remanufacture
  • Completely disassemble the cartridge.
  • Replace any worn gears or springs.
  • Vacuum out all residual toner that has accumulated on the components and inner surfaces.
  • Also clean ultrasonically all applicable components.
  • Replace the photo conductor drum with a NEW aftermarket drum.
  • Replace cleaning/wiper blade.
  • When applicable, replace and reset the doctor blade at original equipment manufacturer's (OEM)specified angle and tension.
  • Reseal toner reservoir with a new seal to prevent leakage.
  • Fill toner hopper to the manufacturer's recommended refill level with new graphic or better toner.
  • Reassemble and test cartridge to insure proper functioning.
  • Label and date each cartridge.
  • Seal cartridge in a light protective bag.
  • Pack in a new box with appropriate protective, recyclable type insert to protect cartridge from harm during shipping.
  • A copy of test print from that cartridge and standard cartridge installation instruction to be included in the box.
